An Award Winning Director and Cinematographer Shadab has over 35 years of filming experience, 21 years out of which are spent in Doha as Senior Director with Al Jazeera, Al Kass Sports Channel, Chief Producer Qatar TV, Head of Promo and Branding Jeem TV and General Manager FM 107 Urdu Radio Qatar Media Corporation. From Camera to Lighting to Directing and Editing he knows and aces it all, suffice to say a one man army for the Red Dot Films

Shehnaz brings charisma in every endeavor. From Ideation to Marketing to handling finances and Budgets, she has details etched deep in her memory. She has been in Doha for the past 20 years and is currently the Executive Producer for most of the projects. Hardworking, dedicated, with an undying zeal to succeed she is the driving force behind Red Dot Films.

His portfolio includes a significant body of work spanning documentaries, television programs, and animations, delivered with distinction both locally and regionally.

With a career spanning in animation, illustration, and media production, he has directed many iconic animated series. As a leader in the media industry, he has held roles such as Art Director at ART and Al Mehwar, Manager of Harmony Channel, and Vice President of Al Ahram Advertising Studio. A gifted storyteller, Dandarawy authored Ice Cream with the Man Who Died Before and illustrated comics like Hekr Al Dokhan and Who's the Killer, addressing societal issues through art.
